Your code and keys stay yours

Fixing your app should never put it at risk.

Read-only repo access

We only ask for read-only access or a public repo. We never push to your main branch or deploy for you. You review every change and ship it yourself.

Isolated sandboxes

Your code runs in throwaway sandboxes that can't reach your live systems. They're destroyed when the job is done.

Secrets scrubbed, repos deleted

We automatically scrub any secrets we find in code before review, and delete our copies of your repo after 14 days.

A human checks every fix

No fix reaches you until a reviewer has checked it for leaked secrets, unsafe changes, and licensing problems.

We will never ask for your passwords, API keys, or production credentials, and you should never put them in the intake form. If something we need would require one, we'll tell you what to change yourself instead.

What kinds of apps can you fix?

Web apps and backends built with AI tools such as Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0, and Claude Code. That usually means React or Next.js, Node, Python, Supabase, Firebase, and similar stacks. If yours is something else, send it anyway. If we can't help, we'll say so and you won't be charged for a Quick Diagnosis.

What does "no fix found, no charge" mean?

Quick Diagnosis is billed only after we deliver. If we can't find the cause and a likely fix, you pay nothing.

What if the Fix It patch doesn't work?

Fix It includes one follow-up round. If the patch still doesn't solve the issue you described, you get a full refund.

Is this done by AI or by people?

Both. Agents reproduce the problem and draft the fix, and a human reviews every fix before it reaches you. If we couldn't fix something, we'll tell you plainly.

Do you need access to my live app or database?

No. We work from the error details and a read-only copy of your code in an isolated sandbox. We never connect to your production systems, and we never ask for passwords or keys.

Who deploys the fix?

You do. You get a diff or pull request plus a plain-English summary, so you can review it and ship it yourself. Our work is advisory, and you stay in control of your app.

Is there anything you won't take on?

We don't take regulated or high-risk work, such as medical, financial, or payments-critical systems, without extra human review, and we may decline it. We'll let you know up front.
